About Us

Omni Customer Support was born out of necessity. As founder of Web Work Schedules, I wore many hats, including customer service. In order to provide great and consistent customer service, I wanted to track the reported issues and try to leverage response templates when it made sense. I have a strong background in search engine technologies and decided to build a tool around a search engine.

I quickly built out the functionality and decided to see if others had the same needs as I did. The initial reaction was very positive although there were several features that were missing and some polish that needed to be applied. After a successful beta period, the application is ready for production use.
