The file you are downloading is called OmniCustomerSupportInstaller.exe. To install the program, simply double click the file after you download it. This will launch an installation wizard that will walk you through the install process.
The first time you run Omni Customer Support, a welcome screen is shown with lots of call out hints that describe what you are looking at. You can easily hide these hints, but you can bring them back at any time using the "Show Hints" option under the help menu.
Omni Customer Support is installed with 3 data sets, Default, Sample and Help. The Sample data set contains a small set of issues to allow you to quickly give the application a test drive. You can delete this data set at any time. The Help data set allows you to search for help on any issue you may be having. Of course you can always contact us at support@omnicustomersupport.com for any support you may need. You can use the Default data set to enter your own issues, or create a new one if you choose.
